Free people of Ukraine are currently defending their home, land and language. They defend democracy and the principles of the free world. At the cost of their lives, they protect people who cannot fight back against the Russian aggressor. The defenders are fighting criminals who have been troubling many countries for centuries. Ukrainians will continue to fight against international evil. The name of this bloodthirsty monster is the Russian Federation

The answer is simple, because of the rich land and resources of Ukraine, because of its desire to be part of the civilized world, to be independent and free. For better understanding, here are the statistics:

In 2020/2021, agricultural farms of Ukraine exported 44.72 million tons of grain and leguminous crops, including 16.64 million tons of wheat, 23.08 million tons of corn, and 4.23 million tons of barley. Also, 126.9 thousand tons of flour and 18.4 thousand tons of rye were delivered to foreign markets.

The largest buyers of Ukrainian oil are the countries of the European Union. 32% of the supply goes there. Another 30.5% is bought by India. China, Iraq and other countries follow.
Ukraine is rich in natural resources, such as: coal, iron ore, manganese, nickel and uranium, and many other natural minerals. Sulfur reserves are the largest in the world, and in terms of reserves of mercury ores (cinnabar) it ranks second in the world, and more than 5% of the world’s iron ore reserves are concentrated in Ukraine.

In terms of natural resources, Ukraine ranks:

1st place in Europe in terms of explored reserves of uranium ores;
2nd place in Europe, 10th in the world in terms of titanium ore reserves;
2nd place in the world in terms of explored reserves of manganese ores (2.3 billion tons or 12% of world reserves);
2nd place in the world in terms of iron ore reserves (30 billion tons);
2nd place in Europe in terms of reserves of mercury ores;
3rd place in Europe (13th in the world) in terms of shale gas reserves (22 trillion cubic meters)
4th place in the world !!! by the total cost of natural resources;
7th place in the world in terms of coal reserves (33.9 billion tons).

In the agricultural sector of Ukraine it is:

1st place in Europe in terms of arable land area;
3rd place in the world by the area of ​​black soil (25% of the world volume);
1st place in the world in the export of sunflower and sunflower oil;
2nd place in the world for production and 4th place for barley export;
3rd place in the world in production and 4th place in corn export;
4th place in the world in terms of the volume of potatoes grown;
5th place in the world for rye production;
5th place in the world in beekeeping production (75 thousand tons);
8th place in the world in terms of wheat exports;
9th place in the world for the production of chicken eggs;
16th place in the world in cheese exports;
Ukraine can meet the food needs of 600 million people.

Ukraine in world industrial production:

1st place in Europe for ammonia production;
2nd place in Europe and 4th in the world in terms of gas transportation system capacity (output capacity of the gas transportation system with EU countries — 142.5 billion cubic meters of gas);
3rd place in Europe and 8th in the world in terms of installed capacity of nuclear power plants;
3rd place in Europe and 11th in the world in terms of the length of the railway network (21.7 thousand kilometers);
3rd place in the world (after the USA and France) in the production of locators and location equipment;
3rd place in the world in export of iron;
4th place in the world in the export of turbines for nuclear power plants;
4th place in the world in clay export;
4th place in the world in terms of titanium exports;
8th place in the world in the export of ores and concentrates;
9th place in the world in the export of military-industrial complex products;
10th place in the world in terms of steel production (32.4 million tons)

The Russian Federation does not respect international law and the borders of sovereign states.

The Kremlin is a terrorist organization that keeps its own people in fear, prohibits freedom of speech, and cynically misinforms the entire world. First of all, it is waging a war for energy resources.

It is very important for it to capture the territories of Ukraine rich in shale gas, because with the development of these deposits, the whole of Europe would cease to depend on Russian gas. According to experts, Ukraine ranks third in Europe in terms of discovered shale gas reserves after Poland and France. The total volume of technically extracted shale gas resources in Ukraine is 3.6 trillion cubic meters (1.75% of world reserves), the two largest deposits – Yuzovsky in Donetsk and Kharkiv regions and Oleska Square in Western Ukraine – concentrate about 1.2 trillion cubic

This means that the Russian Federation may lose its influence and dominant position in the economic sector, and Ukraine is estimated to be able to supply all of Europe and itself with shale gas for 300 years ahead. Therefore, Russia will try by all means to seize these territories in spite of everything. She will destroy cities, kill people, sow chaos no matter what. The whole civilized world has even turned away from it, and a record number of sanctions are in effect against it for the entire history of mankind, but the Russian aggressor will sneeze. She is only interested in profit and blood.
